Debbie Dial

Program Manager

I have been in my new role as Program Manager at North Carolina Hyperbarics and Wound Care since October 2022. This center is known for its quality service provided by the community. I have been building a solid relationship in our community and with my team here at North Carolina Hyperbarics. The positive and healthy environment makes my current job unique and fulfilling, plus the opportunity to grow excites me to work harder and give my very best at work. Before taking this role, I spent the last thirteen years with UNC Southeastern Wound Center, where I honed my skills as a manager. I value the relationships that I formed with my staff and physicians. My background started in financial services with Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., a registered securities broker/dealer. I completed the New York Institute of Finance program and Business Management in Baltimore, Maryland.

My weakness is animals. I am an animal lover and want to bring them home with me. I have lived in the Robeson County area for 18 years. Before that, I lived in Baltimore, Maryland. However, I am a California native. I have three adult children. I have been enjoying my stay in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I especially like how friendly people are here and enjoy interacting with them daily.
